Job summary

Two Chairs is seeking licensed clinicians to deliver remote therapy to adults (18+) across multiple modalities, maintaining a steady caseload and timely documentation. You will collaborate with other providers and support ongoing client care.

Qualifications

• Must have LMSW (Clinical), LMFT, LPC, or PhD/PsyD licensure.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience with adults.
• At least 6 months teletherapy experience.
• Proficiency with PHQ-9 and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adults (18+) using modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
• Maintain a caseload of 7-20 sessions per week with 8–24 hours of weekly availability mon–fri 8:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. EST.
• Complete all documentation and sign in EMR within 48 hours of client contact.

About You

Independently Licensed
in Michigan as a Licensed Master Social Worker-Clinical (LMSW (Clinical designation)), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD). Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states. We'll cover the entire cost. 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+), 6+ months of teletherapy experience, proficiency with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9), and comfort with EHR systems.

About the Role

Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.

Schedule & Caseload

Maintain a client caseload of 7-20 sessions per week, with a commitment of 8-24 total hours of weekly availability Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. EST. Approximately 85% of total time will be dedicated to direct client care, including ongoing therapy sessions and new client assessments.

Available for manager check-ins (1 hour/week during your first 6 weeks, followed by 30 minutes/month).

Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust your approach based on client progress.

Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate.

All documentation to be completed, signed, and locked in EMR within 48 hours of client contact.
