Two Chairs is seeking independently licensed clinicians to deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adults (18+) using modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI. The role requires 2+ years of teletherapy experience and comfort with EHR systems.

Responsabilités

• Complete documentation in EMR within 48 hours of client contact

For residents outside of Austin, Dallas, or Houston, TX, clinical rates range from $58.50 to $85.00/hour based on location.

About YouIndependently Licensed

in Texas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Psychologist (LP).Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states. We'll cover the entire cost.2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+), 6+ months of teletherapy experience, proficiency with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9), and comfort with EHR systems.

About the RoleDeliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.

Schedule & Caseload:

Maintain a client caseload of 7-20 sessions per week, with a commitment of 8-24 total hours of weekly availability Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. CST. Approximately 85% of total time will be dedicated to direct client care, including ongoing therapy sessions and new client assessments.

Available for manager check-ins (1 hour/week during your first 6 weeks, followed by 30 minutes/month.

Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust your approach based on client progress.

Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate.

All documentation to be completed, signed, and locked in EMR within 48 hours of client contact.
