Job summary

Two Chairs is seeking licensed mental health clinicians in Mississippi to deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adults (18+), using modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT and TLDP. Maintain a caseload of 7–20 sessions per week with 8–24 hours of weekly availability, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. CST.

You must be independently licensed (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or psychologist) and eligible to license in other states; licensure costs are covered. Emphasis on timely documentation and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in Mississippi as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or psychologist (PhD/PsyD).
• Willing to become licensed in other states at our cost.
• 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+), teletherapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adults (18+), using CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT and related modalities.
• Maintain a caseload of 7–20 sessions per week with 8–24 total hours of weekly availability (Mon–Fri, 8:00–21:00 CST).
• Complete documentation within 48 hours of client contact; collaborate with other providers as needed.

About You

Independently Licensed in Mississippi as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD). Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states. We'll cover the entire cost. 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+), 6+ months of teletherapy experience, proficiency with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9), and comfort with EHR systems.

About the Role

Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI. Schedule & Caseload: Maintain a client caseload of 7-20 sessions per week, with a commitment of 8-24 total hours of weekly availability Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. CST. Approximately 85% of total time will be dedicated to direct client care, including ongoing therapy sessions and new client assessments. Available for manager check-ins (1 hour/week during your first 6 weeks, followed by 30 minutes/month. Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust your approach based on client progress. Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate. All documentation to be completed, signed, and locked in EMR within 48 hours of client contact.
