Job summary

Two Chairs is seeking independently licensed clinicians in Indiana to provide remote, evidence-based therapy to adults, using modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT and more. Licensure in other states is welcome and will be funded by the company.

Maintain a caseload of 7–20 sessions weekly with 8–24 hours of availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. EST/CST. All documentation occurs in the EMR within 48 hours.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in Indiana as LCSW/LMFT/LMHC or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).
• Willing to become licensed in other states; company covers costs.
• 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+), 6+ months teletherapy, proficiency with PHQ-9, and comfort with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adults (18+).
• Use modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, MI.

Indiana residents earn a clinical session rate of $58.50/hour (which covers attended sessions, mandatory trainings, and monthly all hands) and an administrative rate of $17.50/hour (which covers documentation, no shows/late cancels, meetings, onboarding). About You

Independently Licensed in Indiana as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).

Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states. We'll cover the entire cost.

2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+), 6+ months of teletherapy experience, proficiency with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9), and comfort with EHR systems.

About the Role

Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.

Schedule & Caseload

Maintain a client caseload of 7-20 sessions per week, with a commitment of 8-24 total hours of weekly availability Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. EST/CST. Approximately 85% of total time will be dedicated to direct client care, including ongoing therapy sessions and new client assessments. Available for manager check-ins (1 hour/week during your first 6 weeks, followed by 30 minutes/month.

Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust your approach based on client progress. Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate. All documentation to be completed, signed, and locked in EMR within 48 hours of client contact.
