As a Therapist, you will work in an environment that supports both your growth and your clients' well-being. Licensed Therapists can practice sustainably with support from our clinical and administrative teams. Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families, creating a welcoming environment for diverse backgrounds.
  2. Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy, addressing each client's unique needs.
  3. Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support client stability and resilience.
  4. Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning to enhance client care.
  5. Complete billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms promptly, maintaining professional standards.
  6. Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists for holistic care.
Qualifications
  1. Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
  2. Provisional license as per state regulation, if required.
  3. Educational background leading to or resulting in professional licensing.
  4. Passion for mental health and high-quality care.
  5. Commitment to ongoing professional development, including supervision and continuing education.
  6. Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
  7. Strong ethics, confidentiality, and communication skills.
  8. Effective time management and administrative skills.
