Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Monongahela

Join our team as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Monongahela at Transformations Care Network.

New Directions Mental Health, part of Transformations Care Network, is dedicated to empowering Independently Licensed Therapists to make a difference in behavioral health. We focus on improving access to mental health care and creating a supportive environment for therapists and clients alike.

As an independently licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW), you will work in a collaborative environment that supports growth, development, and licensure. Our clinics provide a space to practice therapeutic interventions and develop skills impacting our diverse community. Leadership opportunities are available for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to each client's needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Complete billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms timely and accurately.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff to deliver holistic care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
• Independent license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) per state regulation.
• Passionate about mental health and committed to high-quality care.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development, including supervision and continuing education.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport.
• Effective time management and administrative skills.
