Katy Mosaic Counseling is seeking a fully licensed mental health therapist (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join our growing group practice in Katy, Texas. This role offers a collaborative environment while allowing clinicians to maintain clinical independence.

The ideal candidate has a Master's degree or higher in a related field and active Texas licensure. Experience with outpatient services and strong assessment skills are valued as part of a commitment to ethical, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Active, unrestricted Texas license as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT (fully licensed clinicians only).
• Experience providing outpatient mental health services.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage clinical responsibilities.
• Commitment to ethical practice and high‑quality client care.
