Job summary

In My Heart Psychology & Counseling is a boutique mental health clinic in Katy, Texas seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our compassionate team.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree required in Psychology (PhD or PsyD).
• Active Texas license as a Psychologist.
• Experience with psychological testing and report writing preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Passion for working with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments.
• Provide individual therapy and family/couples therapy if applicable.
• Develop and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Provide clinical supervision to associates if applicable.
• Participate in company social media initiatives as applicable.

In My Heart Psychology & Counseling is a boutique mental health clinic located in Katy, Texas. We are a one stop shop for all mental health from psychotherapy, psychological assessments and psychiatry!

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Psychologist to join our growing team. This is a W2 position. We are a client-centered practice committed to providing high-quality mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Position Overview

The Licensed Psychologist will provide psychological assessments, therapy services, and clinical support while contributing to a positive and team-oriented culture. This role offers flexibility, growth opportunities, and the ability to make a meaningful impact in the community.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments
• Provide individual therapy and also family, and/or couples' therapy (if applicable)
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Provide clinical supervision to associates (if applicable)
