Qualifications

• Master's degree in Clinical Counseling.
• LMHC, LMFT or license eligible in the state of New Mexico.
• Experience with DBT, ERP or EMDR a plus.
• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and counseling approaches.
• In-person visits for new patients; telemedicine for follow-ups as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy to adults and adolescents with various mental health concerns
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs
• Maintain accurate and timely client records and progress notes
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed
• Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities
