Job summary

Chrysalis Psychiatry in Albuquerque, NM seeks a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for in-office care. The role offers full- and part-time options with a collaborative, patient-centered environment and a focus on evidence-based treatment for PTSD, depression, and other mental illnesses.

Responsibilities include individual and family therapy, assessments, treatment planning, and crisis intervention. In-person visits are primary, with telemedicine for follow-ups as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Psychology, Clinical Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• License eligible in New Mexico.
• Three years of counseling experience.
• DBT/ERP/EMDR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy to adults and adolescents.
• Develop tailored treatment plans and assess progress.
• Maintain accurate client records and progress notes.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments.
• Supervise LMSW therapists.
• Engage in ongoing professional development.
