The role requires an LCSW, three years of counseling experience, and ability to provide supervision. Certifications in DBT, ERP or EMDR are preferred. Telemedicine may be used for follow-ups as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Psychology, Clinical Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• License eligible in New Mexico.
• At least three years counseling experience.
• Ability to provide clinical supervision.
• DBT, ERP or EMDR certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and therapy approaches.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Crisis intervention skills; in-person visits, with telemedicine for follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy to adults and adolescents with various mental health concerns
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each client
• Maintain accurate and timely client records and progress notes
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed
• Provide clinical supervision for LMSW therapists
• Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities
