Job summary

Chrysalis Psychiatry in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for an in-office position. You will provide individual and family therapy to adults and adolescents, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain progress notes while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

This role offers full or part-time options, a stable on-site schedule with no weekend requirement, supervision responsibilities, and opportunities to grow clinically

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Psychology, Clinical Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• License eligible in the state of New Mexico.
• At least three years previous counseling experience required.
• Ability to provide clinical supervision required.
• Certification in DBT, ERP or EMDR is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and therapy approaches.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; crisis intervention ability.
• In-person new client visits with telemedicine for follow-ups when needed.

Chrysalis Psychiatry is a growing outpatient mental health practice in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We believe very strongly in the importance of having a safe place to heal from emotional trauma, and in providing high quality, evidence-based treatment. We offer a variety of mental health services including medication management and interventional treatments for PTSD, depression, and other mental illnesses.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in New Mexico. This is an in-office position, offering the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and family therapy to adults and adolescents with various mental health concerns
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans that are tailored to each client's unique needs
• Maintain accurate and timely client records and progress notes
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed
• Provide clinical supervision for our LMSW therapists
• Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities

• All new patient visits conducted in person, but we offer a mixture of in-person and telemedicine for follow-up visits based on patient needs

Compensation & Benefits:

• $65 per billable hour plus supervision related duties
