Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help consumers meet basic needs for food, clothing, shelter and safety.
• Assist with applications for income, medical, housing and other benefits.
• Coordinate transportation or accompany consumers to services when needed.
• Provide comprehensive psychosocial services to improve or maintain functioning in social roles.
• Support families and caregivers to maximize benefits and minimize problems.
• Identify and engage natural support systems and community resources.
• Maintain a trauma-informed environment of wellbeing.
