You will engage with individuals, coordinate access to benefits and services, support daily living skills, and collaborate with families and community partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• One year of experience in mental health or human services preferred.
• Must have a valid Colorado driver's license and a clean driving record.
