Job summary

Valle del Sol is seeking a Mental Health Therapist/Counselor to provide outpatient therapy to adults, children, and adolescents within an integrated behavioral health model. You will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop individualized service plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support recovery and functioning.

The role emphasizes culturally responsive, trauma-informed care, crisis planning, and coordination with schools, medical providers, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Addiction Counseling, or related field.
• Active license or eligibility per Arizona Behavioral Health Examiners requirements.
• Experience in delivering outpatient therapy and coordinating care.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient individual, family, and group therapy.
• Develop and update treatment plans and safety/crisis plans.
• Coordinate care with medical, school, and community partners.
• Maintain accurate documentation per regulatory standards.
• Engage families and caregivers in treatment planning and service delivery.
