Job summary

New Directions Mental Health, a member of Transformations Care Network, is seeking Mental Health Therapists to empower the local community and support licensure goals. You will join a clinical team that prioritizes growth, collaboration, and professional development in a supportive setting.

As a Therapist, you’ll provide outpatient therapy, participate in case conferences, and coordinate with psychiatrists and nurses to deliver comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation may be required.
• Educational background that leads to professional licensure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to each client.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorization.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians and therapists to provide holistic care.
