Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation if required.
• Licensing process that leads to professional licensure.
• Strong commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality.
• Willingness to ongoing professional development including supervision and continuing education.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
• Time management and thorough documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, and insurance forms.
• Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists, nurses, dietitians, admin staff, and therapists.
