Job summary

Northeast Health Services, a member of Transformations Care Network, is seeking Mental Health Therapists to join our behavioral health team in Massachusetts. You will work with a clinical team to provide outpatient therapy, develop treatment plans, and support clients toward licensure in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field; licensure or provision licenses as applicable.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve client care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans with clients.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorizations.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, dietitians, and therapists for holistic care.
