Job summary

Northeast Health Services, a member of Transformations Care Network, is seeking Mental Health Therapists to support diverse communities and drive quality behavioral health care. You will work with a clinical team to deliver evidence-based therapies, maintain documentation, and participate in supervision and professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation where required.
• Educational background leading to professional licensing.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development including supervision and continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on clients’ needs.
• Develop crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation and insurance authorizations.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and other therapists.

Education

Master’s degree in Social Work or related field

Provisional license per state regulation
