Job summary

Northeast Health Services, a member of Transformations Care Network, is seeking Mental Health Therapists to empower clients and advance behavioral health in the community. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation (if required).
• Ongoing professional development and licensure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and treatment plans with insurance authorization.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, staff, and other therapists for holistic care.
