Job summary

Northeast Health Services, a member of Transformations Care Network (TCN), is seeking licensed mental health therapists to empower clients in behavioral health. We support emerging professionals with supervision and pathways to licensure within a collaborative clinical team.

Join us to provide outpatient individual and family therapy, participate in case reviews, and contribute to a holistic care model across our local community.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling or related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation if required.
• Professional licensure pathway.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development including supervision and continuing education.
• Eagerness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
• Strong commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families.
• Ability to manage time effectively and complete documentation and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families, creating a welcoming and understanding environment for diverse backgrounds.
• Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy based on each client’s needs, fostering healing and resilience.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support stable functioning.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms.
• Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists.
