Northeast Health Services, part of Transformations Care Network, seeks a licensed or eligible mental health therapist in Worcester, MA. You will provide outpatient individual and family therapy within a supportive clinical team focused on growth and licensure pathways.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation if required.
• Strong commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families.
• Eagerness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to each client.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings and discharge planning.
• Complete billing, documentation and treatment plans accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners and other staff to deliver holistic care.
