Job summary

You will provide outpatient individual and family therapy, participate in case consultations, complete documentation promptly, and coordinate with psychiatrists and nurses to deliver holistic care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
• Develop crisis and safety plans to support client well-being.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Complete billing, documentation, and treatment plans accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, dietitians, and therapists for holistic care.
