Job summary

Northeast Health Services, part of Transformations Care Network, seeks licensed mental health therapists to join a supportive clinical team. You will deliver outpatient individual and family therapy, collaborate with a multidisciplinary group, and participate in supervision and professional growth opportunities to advance licensure.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family counseling, or related field.
• Provisional license per state regulations if required.
• Educational background that leads to or results in professional licensing.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff to provide holistic care.
