Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health is seeking a Mental Health Therapist to deliver evidence-based treatment, primarily in individual and group therapy for adults and adolescents. You will balance direct patient care (about 50–65%) with documentation, treatment team collaboration, and case management in a supportive, interdisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage & family therapy or related field.
• Strong knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT and trauma-informed care.
• Minimum 2 years of direct clinical mental health treatment experience.
• Comfort using Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and professional growth.
• Active licensure: LCSW or LPC-MH in Delaware.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group psychotherapy using CBT, DBT, ACT and trauma-informed approaches.
• Lead process, psychoeducational, and skills-based groups focused on emotional regulation and coping.
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations.
• Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and peers in interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Support patients in understanding diagnoses and long-term recovery.
• Provide care coordination with families, referral sources, and external providers.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time.
