Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field.
• Licensure in Maryland: LGPC, LMSW, LCPC, LCSW, or LCSW-C.
• Minimum 2 years direct clinical mental health experience.
• Comfort using Electronic Medical Records (EMR).

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group psychotherapy using CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed approaches.
• Lead psychoeducational and skills-based groups focused on emotional regulation and coping.
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations.
• Develop and maintain trauma-informed, person-centered treatment plans.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and peers in interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Support patients in understanding diagnoses and long-term recovery.
• Coordinate care with families, referral sources, and external providers.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time.
