Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health is seeking a Mental Health Therapist to provide individual and group therapy to adults and some adolescents, split across direct care and documentation. You will participate in interdisciplinary teams, develop person-centered treatment plans, and ensure timely charting.

The role emphasizes ethical, patient-centered care, with supervision, collaborative meetings, and ongoing professional growth within a supportive program that values balanced caseloads.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage & family therapy, or related field is required.
• Strong knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care.
• Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience in mental health treatment.
• Comfort using Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and professional growth.
• Active Licensure: LGPC, LMSW, LCPC, LCSW, LCSW-C in Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group psychotherapy (CBT/DBT/ACT/trauma-informed care).
• Lead process, psychoeducational, and skills groups for emotional regulation and wellness.
• Conduct mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations.
• Develop trauma-informed treatment plans and document accurately.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and peers in team meetings.
• Support diagnosis understanding and long-term recovery.
• Provide care coordination with families and external providers.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time.
