Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years direct clinical mental health treatment experience.
• Active Maryland licensure: LGPC/LMSW/LCPC/LCSW/LCSW-C.
• Comfort with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and professional growth.

Responsabilités

• Deliver individual and group psychotherapy (CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed care).
• Lead process, psychoeducational, and skills-based groups for emotional regulation and mental wellness.
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and determine level of care.
• Develop and maintain trauma-informed, person-centered treatment plans.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and peers in interdisciplinary teams; coordinate care; complete documentation on time.
