Role Responsibilities

• Provide remote, evidence-based therapy to adults (18+), utilizing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, and others.
• Use data to tailor treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with other providers and refer clients as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and notes.

Qualifications

• Licensed in California (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PhD, PsyD).
• Minimum two years of clinical experience with adults.
• At least six months of teletherapy experience.
• Availability for sessions between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. PST, Monday to Friday.
• Available for 8-24 hours/week, with 85% of time in client sessions.
• Proficient in clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) and electronic health records.
