A healthcare service provider in Baltimore is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide compassionate care to clients with mental illness. The role offers a hybrid remote option and requires collaboration with healthcare professionals. Successful candidates will have a Master’s degree in a related field and Maryland licensing. Qualifications

• Maryland LMSW/LCSW/LCPC license is required.
• 6+ months of experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
• 6+ months of clinical experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide ethical and culturally sensitive mental health counseling.
• Diagnose and create individualized treatment plans.
• Manage patient intakes and progress notes.
• Provide crisis intervention and make necessary referrals.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals (psychiatric nurse practitioners, social services)
• Engage in regular supervision with the clinical supervisor
• Provide crisis intervention and make necessary referrals to social services or other treatment programs
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including intakes, weekly progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries
• Facilitate disposition planning and medication compliance

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-time, Part-time


• Compensation: Fee for service, W2 Employee


• Expected Hours: Minimum 20 hours per week

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals (psychiatric nurse practitioners, social services)

Administrative Duties:

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including intakes, weekly progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries
