Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health is seeking a Mental Health Therapist to provide evidence-based individual and group therapy to adults. You’ll perform assessments, create trauma-informed, person-centered treatment plans, and collaborate with psychiatrists and nurses in an interdisciplinary team.

Direct care typically 50–65%, with documentation and care coordination occupying the rest. Qualified applicants hold a Master’s in counseling, social work, or related degree, possess Maryland

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Active Licensure: LGPC, LMSW, LCPC, LCSW, LCSW-C in Maryland.
• Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health treatment.

Aufgaben

• Deliver individual and group psychotherapy using CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed approaches.
• Lead process, psychoeducational, and skills-based groups focused on emotional regulation and wellness.
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations.
• Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and peers in interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Provide care coordination with families, referral sources, and external providers.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time.
