The Oregon Health Authority is seeking a Mental Health Therapist 2 at the Oregon State Hospital, Salem Campus, to provide primary-case management and therapeutic services under supervision. This 100% onsite role supports treatment programs and safety within Flower 2 unit, with evening shifts.

Candidates should have 3 years of behavioral health experience or an associate/bachelor's in social science, plus strong teamwork, leadership, and resilience in complex settings; on-call and drug-screen

Qualificações

• Three years of experience with behavioral illness or physically impaired clients.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in social science may substitute for one year of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide primary case management for a group of patients under supervision.
• Design, teach and evaluate classes in a treatment specialty area.
• Provide behavioral therapy and contribute to the therapeutic atmosphere.
• Assist in basic care, security and escort services for patients.
• Participate in milieu management and collaborative care.
