As part of Odyssey Behavioral Healthcare, we support individuals along their treatment and recovery journey through integrated mental health treatment services across a full continuum of care, including intensive residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient services.
Located in the heart of Lansing, Michigan, Pasadena Villa Outpatient Lansing provides convenient access to local amenities and surrounding communities. Our facility is dedicated to supporting adults (18+), offering specialized care for mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and personality disorders.
The Therapist is responsible for providing individual and group therapy sessions for clients in a specialized Outpatient facility. The position involves assessing the therapeutic needs of individuals and families, developing appropriate treatment plans, and serving as the primary contact for clients and families throughout the treatment process. Therapists act as client advocates and medical liaison with referral sources, clinical partners, and individuals to coordinate care throughout treatment.
Education and Experience: Requires a master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling, or psychology. Must hold a clinical license, in good standing, in the state of MI (LMSW, LPC, LMFT, or LMHC). Requires a minimum of two (2) years of experience working with clients with a primary mental health diagnosis.
