Job summary

Mindify Wellness and Care is seeking compassionate Mental Health Therapists to join our growing behavioral health team in Asbury Park, NJ. The role combines onsite care and telehealth in a flexible hybrid schedule to support individuals and families.

Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, individual/family/group therapy, and collaboration with psychiatric providers to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Active New Jersey license or associate license in good standing (LCSW/LSW/MSW/LPC/LAC or other NJ licenses).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy services.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, including CBT, DBT, MI, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care.
• Support clients in developing healthy coping skills, emotional regulation, and wellness goals.
• Provide crisis intervention when clinically appropriate.

Mindify Wellness and Care is seeking compassionate, skilled, and client-centered Mental Health Therapists to join our growing behavioral health team.

As part of our interdisciplinary team, you'll provide therapy services through a combination of onsite care in Asbury Park and telehealth appointments, while collaborating with psychiatric providers and fellow behavioral health professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.

Compensation

$35-$45 per clinical hour/session

Compensation is based on licensure level, credentials, experience, and clinical expertise.

What You’ll DoClinical Services

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy services
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, including:
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
  • Motivational Interviewing (MI)
  • Solution-Focused Therapy
  • Trauma-Informed Care
• Support clients in developing healthy coping skills, emotional regulation strategies, and wellness goals
• Provide crisis intervention when clinically appropriate

Collaboration & Care Coordination

• Collaborate with psychiatric providers, primary care providers, care managers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Participate in case consultations and treatment planning discussions
• Coordinate referrals and connect clients with community resources
• Support continuity of care and patient advocacy

Documentation & Compliance

• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Maintain treatment plans, assessments, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, payer requirements, and professional standards
• Follow organizational policies and clinical best practices

QualificationsRequired

• Master's Degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
• Active New Jersey license or associate license in good standing, including:
  • LCSW
  • LSW
  • MSW
  • LPC
  • LAC
  • Other qualified behavioral health licenses recognized by the State of New Jersey

Preferred

• Outpatient behavioral health experience
• Community-based mental health experience
• Telehealth experience
• Experience working with culturally diverse populations
• Creole Bilingual clinicians strongly encouraged to apply
