Job summary

Mindify Wellness and Care in Cherry Hill, NJ seeks a compassionate Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team at partner adult day care centers, with telehealth opportunities. This part-time, 1099 role offers onsite service 1–3 days per week and potential telehealth based on client needs.

Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, individual and/or group counseling, and compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field.
• New Jersey credentials such as MSW, LSW, LAC, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or eligibility for licensure and supervision.
• Spanish-language communication skills preferred.
• Ability to provide onsite services in Cherry Hill, NJ.
• Strong clinical, communication, organizational, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health services at a partner adult day care center and via telehealth as appropriate.
• Conduct behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and/or group counseling within your scope of practice.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Utilize evidence-based and person-centered treatment approaches.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members to support client outcomes.
• Assist clients in achieving treatment goals and improving well-being.

Job description

Mindify Wellness and Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Health Clinician to provide services at one of our partner adult day care centers in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, with additional telehealth opportunities available.

This position offers the opportunity to work with adults and older adults in a supportive, community-based environment while providing meaningful behavioral health services. Clinicians will conduct assessments, provide counseling and therapeutic interventions, and may supplement their caseload through telehealth services based on client needs and provider availability.

We welcome both experienced clinicians and early-career professionals who require supervision and are eligible to practice under applicable New Jersey licensure requirements.

Position Details

Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

Schedule:

• Part-time
• Onsite services typically needed 1-3 days per week
• Typical onsite hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-1:00 PM
• Additional telehealth appointments may be available based on provider availability and client needs
