Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a behavioral health field.
• Active NJ behavioral health license (LCSW/LSW/LPC/LAC/LMFT) and credentialing.
• Ability to provide onsite services in Sewell, NJ.
• Accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Strong communication, organization and care coordination skills.
• Experience in outpatient behavioral health, telehealth, or day centers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral health assessments and provide therapy.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.

Job description

Mindify Wellness and Care is hiring mental health therapists to provide onsite and telehealth services to clients in Sewell, New Jersey.

Schedule

Our partner adult day center generally operates Monday through Friday. Typical onsite hours are 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., although hours may vary.

Onsite coverage is generally needed one to two days per week, depending on center needs and the therapist's availability. Telehealth sessions may be scheduled on the same days as onsite appointments or on separate days.

Our team works with each therapist to develop a schedule based on their availability, preferences, specialties, and caseload capacity.

Compensation

$35 to $45 per completed clinical session

Rates are based on licensure level, credentials, experience, and clinical expertise. Therapists are paid for completed sessions; cancellations and patient no-shows are not compensated.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral health assessments and provide therapy based on client needs
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy within your training and scope of practice
• Use evidence-based and trauma-informed treatment approaches
• Help clients develop coping skills, emotional regulation strategies, and treatment goals
• Provide crisis intervention when clinically appropriate
• Complete accurate and timely assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers, primary care providers, care managers, and other members of the treatment team
• Coordinate referrals and connect clients with appropriate community resources
• Follow HIPAA requirements, payer guidelines, professional standards, and organizational policies

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related behavioral health field
• Active New Jersey behavioral health license or credential appropriate to the services provided, such as LCSW, LSW, LPC, LAC, or LMFT
• Ability to provide onsite services in Sewell, NJ
• Ability to complete clinical documentation accurately and on time
• Strong communication, organization, and care coordination skills
• Experience in outpatient behavioral health, community-based care, telehealth, adult day centers, or working with diverse populations is preferred
