INcompass Healthcare in Indiana seeks a compassionate professional to provide individualized care for clients. You will support care plans, document progress, and participate in team meetings to ensure safe, trauma-informed care.

The role emphasizes recovery-oriented practice, safety, and strong communication as you engage with clients and families in a supportive environment. High School Equivalency required; experience in mental health preferred.

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Incorporates the six principles of trauma informed care throughout all aspects of their work.
• Facilitates and assists in recovery-based activities in individual and group settings
• Attends and participates in team meetings.
• Reports and documents client’s progress in electronic medical record.
• Willingness to attend and participate in training, as assigned.
• Provides clients with a safe environment of care and assists with ADLs as needed.
• Collects information related to clients through observation and interviews.
• Engages with clients to encourage a welcoming and safe environment.
• Participates in de-escalation and crisis management as needed
• Demonstrating competency in Handle with Care techniques, including physical restraint, is a requirement of this position and is necessary for the safety of patients, staff, and others.
• Other duties, as assigned.

2 12-hour shifts on the weekend.
