This position starts at $21.00hour, with additional pay differentials available based on assignment and schedule, including $1.00/hour (secure unit), $1.25/hour (swing shift), and $2.00/hour (awake overnight).

Your Role:

• Builds rapport with clients (children and adolescents), providing daily support, structure, activities, group, and safety.
• Provide skills training to clients to help them learn to manage their mental health symptoms.
• Models, coaches, and counsels' clients regarding appropriate hygiene, social, and interpersonal interactions.

We are hiring for full time - 40/hour & 30/hour & variable on-call shifts. Workdays and shift times are based on programming needs and will be discussed with candidates during the interview process .

High school graduate or equivalent.Preference given to applicants with an associate or bachelor’s degree, but experience maybe substituted. Experience working in a psychiatric/behavioral health treatment facility with children or adolescents is preferred.
