At Trillium Family Services we are dedicated to helping children and adolescents navigate emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges in a structured, supportive environment. Our residential treatment facility specializes in providing trauma‑informed care and evidence‑based therapeutic interventions for youth aged 13‑18. We are currently seeking a compassionate, motivated, and skilled Graduate‑Level Child Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team.
The Graduate‑Level Child Therapist will provide direct clinical services to adolescents residing in our facility, including individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and crisis intervention. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with youth in a residential setting and is either fully licensed or working toward clinical licensure.
Please be advised that the pay range listed for this position is intended to provide general guidance on the earning potential for the role. However, actual compensation will be determined in accordance with the Oregon Equal Pay Law and will take into account factors such as the candidate’s relevant experience and education. Candidates should expect that initial offers will be made within the listed pay range and may not be at or near the top of the range.
