The Mental Health Technician I (MH Tech 1) supports patients from admission to discharge, focusing on safety, milieu interventions, psychoeducational groups, and navigating treatment. The role requires 24-hour patient monitoring and effective communication with the treatment team. Reports to the Facility Manager/Program Director.
