Job summary

Central Florida Behavioral Hospital, part of Universal Health Services, Inc., located in Orlando, FL, seeks a Mental Health Tech to ensure patient safety and assist with care. You will monitor patients, run therapeutic groups, and support daily living skills on a rotating night schedule.

Qualifications include education requirements, background check clearance, CPR, and strong communication. This position offers growth within UHS and its network of facilities.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a Level 2 Background Investigation.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Two years experience working in a psychiatric setting.
• CPR (May be acquired after hire)
• Effective Oral and Written Communication Skills
• Team work
• Hours: Day Shift: 7 PM - 7:30 AM (Rotating Weekends Required)
• Must be available to attend the full hospital and departmental orientations
