Job summary

Central Florida Behavioral Hospital in Orlando, FL, is seeking a Mental Health Tech to provide direct care to children, adolescents and adults with psychiatric disorders, ensuring safety and well-being on the unit. You will monitor patients, support daily living skills, and help maintain a therapeutic milieu.

Qualifications

• Must pass Level 2 Background Investigation.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Two years experience working in a psychiatric setting.
• CPR (May be acquired after hire).
• Effective Oral and Written Communication Skills.
• Team work.
• Hours: Day Shift: 7 AM - 7:30 PM (Rotating Weekends Required).
• Must be available to attend the full hospital and departmental orientations.
