Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of relevant experience as determined by the company
• CPR certification per American Heart Association requirements

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the multi-disciplinary team to assess patient status and gather care data; provides crisis intervention to maintain safety (40%)
• Delivers direct patient care and activities including ADLs, vital signs, specimen collection, exams, treatments and procedures; documents changes in condition
• Leads or co-leads social, recreational, and therapeutic activities to improve social relationships and interpersonal skills
• Participates in unit activities like stocking supplies, patient transport, and equipment cleaning/retrieval
• Performs other duties as assigned or required
