Tri-Cities seeks an experienced Mental Health Technician to support our healthcare team. Under RN supervision, you will assist in patient care within the Behavioral Health Department, helping with assessments, documenting behavioral and clinical data, and providing behavioral health interventions aligned with recovery and Trauma-Informed Care principles.
You will perform vital signs, assist with activities of daily living, and help with treatments or procedures within your competency. Ensuring safety through routine checks is essential. You will participate in quality management and facilitate patient community, education, or activity groups, documenting participation.
