Job summary

Everwell in Springbrook is seeking a compassionate Mental Health Technician to support patients in behavioral health programs. You will provide direct patient care, monitor safety, assist with daily living activities, and support therapeutic programming.

Collaborating with nurses, therapists, and other staff, you will document vital information, help de-escalate crises, and contribute to a safe, therapeutic environment for patients in care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current Florida Driver’s License preferred.
• Current CPR Certification required.
• Experience in behavioral health or healthcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

We are seeking compassionate Mental Health Technicians (MHTs) to support patients in our behavioral health programs. As part of the treatment team, the MHT provides direct patient care, ensures patient safety, assists with daily living activities, and supports therapeutic programming.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Additional behavioral health or psychology coursework preferred

• Ability to work effectively with individuals experiencing mental health challenges
