Dallas Behavioral Healthcare Hospital is seeking a full-time Mental Health Technician (MHT) and Driver to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to patients hospitalized for psychiatric and emotional disorders. The MHT will also provide safe transportation to and from the facility and support development and implementation of individualized patient care plans.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, CPR, Handle with Care training, an active driver's license, and a minimum of two

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR, Handle with Care, Abuse and Neglect training provided by employer.
• Active driver's license required.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in behavioral health; hospital setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate care to psychiatric/emotional patients and foster a therapeutic environment.
• Support nursing staff and contribute to individualized patient care plans.
• Deliver safe transportation to and from the facility.
• Adhere to screening, safety and confidentiality protocols.
• Perform related duties to meet hospital needs.
