SpectraCare Health Systems, Inc. seeks compassionate staff for Cottonwood Care Home in Ashford, Alabama. Shift Schedule: Week 1 Mon, Thu, Fri 7am–7pm; Week 2 Tue, Wed, Sat, Sun 7am–7pm.

Base pay: $14.00/hr. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, transport using program vehicle, and ensuring smooth facility operation. Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21 years or older and have a good MVR; willing to undergo motor vehicle record check.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• CPR and MAC certification required upon hire.
• Experience in patient care in mental health or substance use settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living tasks and activities.
• Provide transportation using program vehicle when required.
• Prepare meals and help with facility cleaning as needed.
• Ensure efficient operation of the facility.
• Assist with medication under nurse supervision (MAC) and document in electronic system.
