Responsabilités

• Ensures the wellbeing of clients and provides a safe, positive, supportive, and structured environment.
• Conducts safety checks and documents observations for the treatment team.
• Interacts with clients, promotes participation in activities, and assists in crisis situations.
• Assists with group activities, records vital signs, and supports transport/transfer as needed.
• Follows incident reporting procedures and maintains accurate client records.
