Job summary

AMFM Healthcare is seeking a Mental Health Technician (Client Coordinator) to provide direct support to clients in Orange County facilities. You will assist with daily activities, transportation, observation, and coordination with clinical teams to ensure safe, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Background Check: Must pass ADP Selective Screening Services and any additional required background checks
• Valid Driver’s License: Must meet car insurance eligibility requirements
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work on a computer, walk/stand for long periods, lift up to 20 lbs., and navigate stairs

Responsibilities

• Providing Direct Support– Assist clients with daily activities, ensuring a structured and supportive environment
• Transportation & Safety– Safely transport clients to scheduled activities and medical appointments
• Behavioral Observation– Monitor client behavior, document observations, and collaborate with clinical teams
• Medication Support– Work with the nursing team to oversee medication self-administration
• Environment Maintenance– Maintain cleanliness and organization within residential facilities
• Facilitating Group Activities– Lead and document recovery-focused group sessions
• Emergency Response– Adhere to safety protocols, conduct safety drills, and respond to crises as needed
