Job summary

The Opportunity Alliance is hiring a Part-time Residential Crisis Worker for Broadway Crossings, South Portland, ME. You will provide direct care, support crisis stabilization, and collaborate with clinicians in a home-like setting.

This role requires MHRT-1/CRMA readiness, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Training is provided; driving may be required for offsite meetings and client transport.

Qualifications

• Must obtain MHRT-1 and CRMA certification within 6 months of hire
• Able to pass criminal background and other checks (DS, MSPs)
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide respectful and professional support to clients to achieve crisis stabilization goals
• Ensure safety of clients, staff, and community members
• Liaise with community resources for comprehensive client support
• Lead recreational and therapeutic activities
• Administer medications per CRMA guidelines
• Maintain accurate and timely client records
• Provide a welcoming home-like environment
• Engage in ongoing training and development
• Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours/week; Thursday, Friday, Saturday
